If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

All faulty items will either be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with appropriate Australian laws.

Returned/unwanted items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a product refund on receipt - excluding the original delivery charge/expenses. Alternatively, if preferred, we will offer a credit note.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for (unfaulty) return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service with tracking.
Delivery charges will be refundable where goods are faulty and/or under warranty.

Shipping.

All items will be sent with a tracking number with your email linked. Our prefered couriers are - Auspost, TNT, Couriers Please and Aramex.

Aproximate delivery schedule are below. We endeavour to post within 24 hours (working days) of your order being placed. Delivery times may be longer due to busy postal periods and public holidays.
